Terms and conditions for Bedroom Makeover promotion run through Guthrie Bowron
Whangārei (GBW).

  1.  By participating in any competition or prize draw advertised by Guthrie Bowron, you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.
  2. The promoter of the prize draw is Guthrie Bowron Whangārei. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this prize draw.
  3. Entry is open only to residents in the Whangārei district who are residing in these districts at the time of the prize draw.
  4. Participants may submit up to two valid entries, through their Hospice House Tour ticket purchase, and again in person during the Hospice House Tour (5th and 6th November 2022, Whangārei)
  5. Entrants must follow all instructions in order to be eligible to enter this prize draw.
  6. The competition period runs throughout the entirety of when the Hospice House Tour tickets are on sale, from weekly, from 8th July until 6th November, 2022.
  7. Everyone who purchases a ticket to the 2022 Hospice House Tour automatically goes in the draw to win the prize.
  8. Hospice House Tour 2022 ticket holders may go in the draw a second time by signing up to the competition during the tour (by signing up to the competition during the tour, entrants are agreeing to join the Guthrie Bowron Whangārei Loyalty Club and receive emails about latest promotions and deals) - link to club here: https://www.guthriebowron.co.nz/join-the-club/
  9. At the end of the prize draw period, Guthrie Bowron Whangārei will select a winner or winners (at Guthrie Bowron’s discretion) from entries received during the prize draw period.
  10. The total value of the prize is $2000 in makeover materials, such as - but not limited to - wall decor, window solutions and soft furnishings. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei has full discretion over the materials included in the final prize.
  11. The prize is valid for 6 months from prize draw (9th November, 2022) and all materials must be redeemed in this time.
  12. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei will endeavour to notify the prize winner/s via email and/or contact details provided through the prize draw criteria. However, if the winner cannot be reached within three working days of the prize being drawn, Guthrie Bowron Whangārei may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei reserves the right to contact the selected winners by other means.
  13. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei is not responsible for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches a winner and after it has been released from Guthrie Bowron’s custody and control.
  14. Accepting a prize constitutes a winner's consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by Guthrie Bowron Whangārei and for Guthrie Bowron Whangārei to use his or her name, city/town of residence, prize draw entry and/or photographs and interviews for publicity purposes. This includes Guthrie Bowron’s website, direct marketing and social media channels.
  15. The decisions of Guthrie Bowron Whangārei on all matters relating to this prize draw are final. 
  16. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  17. Guthrie Bowron Whangārei reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and at its absolute discretion cancel the prize draw at any time and without prior notice.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, Guthrie Bowron Whangārei excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this prize draw.
  19. Any personal information collected as part of this prize draw will be held by Guthrie Bowron Whangārei in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act.
